Sven Arend has left the Management Board of Brink Group on the very best of terms after four successful years in order to take up a new professional challenge, handing over to Coen Rooijmans as new Managing Director.

AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group Management expressly thanks Sven Arend for his contribution towards the development of the company and wishes him the very best for the future. Sven Arend is succeeded by Coen Rooijmans, who is appointed Managing Director with effect from 8th August 2022.

Coen Rooijmans was born in Geldrop in the Netherlands and studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University in Delft. He started working at Philips and later held various positions at the Bosch Group, eventually serving as a director at Bosch Transmission Systems (formerly known as Van Doorne’s Transmissie). Thereafter, Coen Rooijmans served as CEO of the M&G Group and later took on various interim positions.
